Designed as passive house for energy efficiency which allows extra building density and extra building height, this development consists of 6 levels, with 41 residential units (6 townhouses & 35 condos) plus 2 levels of underground parking. Building is designed to fit harmoniously with the existing neighbourhood context by creating a consistent visual rhythm. Individual units are designed to be differentiated with façade articulation, changes in colour and materials. Furthermore, the Building is designed to provide on-site recycling and waste receptacles with a direct access to lane.
